Hi there! Thanks for visiting my little corner of the internet. My name is Chris, and I’ve been working in the editing industry for five years. I primarily work with indie authors, but I’ve worked with small publishers as well. My specialty is romance, all sub-genres, but I’m most experienced with contemporary romance manuscripts.
I work regularly with several independent authors as their go-to editor. In addition to editing romance novels and novellas, I have experience with cozy mysteries, suspense manuscripts, and non-fiction business books.

I have a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in health services administration. I’ve worked as an educator, so I’m experienced in providing patient, kind, and actionable advice.
I’m an experienced freelance writer, too. I wrote regularly for New York Times bestselling author Chris Guillebeau. I also create medical education content and have completed reviews for MPS Limited and MediaLab.
I give 110% to all my projects. And I crush deadlines.
I offer all new clients a sample copy and/or line edit on the first 1000 words, so you can get a feel for my work and whether we’re a good fit.
I use MS Word Track Changes function and Comments to edit within the document. Ultimately you accept or reject my suggestions as you see fit; you are the author and the final say is, of course, yours.
